Any customer who has questions or complaint or who disputes all or part of a bill should contact the office of the Bristol Water Department at (860) 582-7431.

The Bristol Water Department may only make a decision on WATER related issues. Any SEWER related issues should be addressed to the Sewer Department.

If the customer remains unsatisfied with the explanation received, he/she may, within thirteen (13) days of the date of mailing of the Termination Notice ask the Board of Water Commissioners of the Bristol Water Department to consider the problem. The Board of Water Commissioners may be reached by calling our office.

The decision of the Board of Water Commissioners shall be final.
