Any customer who has questions or complaint or who disputes all or part of a bill should contact the office of the Bristol Water and Sewer Department at (860) 582-7431.

If the customer remains unsatisfied with the explanation received, he/she may, within thirteen (13) days of the date of mailing of the Termination Notice ask the Board of Water Commissioners or Board of Sewer Commissioners to consider the problem. Both Boards may be reached by calling our office.

The decision of the Board of Water Commissioners or Board of Sewer Commissioners shall be final.
